Q1: How to place order

Please order products online by the following steps:

  1. Choose your favorite dessert, tick the checkbox of “Cake Accessories” & “Greeting Plate“, and then add to cart.
  2. You can fill in the promotional code to enjoy the discount if have.
  3. Fill in your personal information, including Name, Phone number, Email, Delivery & Payment method. You may also take any “Order note” for our reference.
  4. Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation email would be sent to your e-mail address in one working day. Please complete the payment in 2 working days after receiving the confirmation email . You will receive a message from WhatsApp to confirm the purchase.

Q2: When will I receive the confirmation email after I have placed the order?
-The confirmation email will be sent to you in one working day. If you haven’t received the order confirmation email, that means your order would be regards as “Unsuccessful”, please try to purchase again.

Q3: How can I use my eCoupon?

-Type the eCoupon promotion code while you are checking out. You can also follow our Facebook/ Instagram to get the latest promotion.

Q4: How to change the way to pickup after confirmed payment?

–  Please inform us at least 2 working days in advance for any changes regarding to pick up date or time.

– Once the payment is confirmed, the order could not be cancelled, and no refund could be made.
